The talent development process in cycling spans much of the formative life of an endurance athlete. The resources required to support this process are nothing less than monumental.
The biggest barrier for women in sport is the lack of available funding. SVCF was formed with the primary objective of raising money to support the development of women identified as potential top international athletes.

The women of Team TIBCO have the 2016 Olympics in their sights! Join Silicon Valley Cycling Foundation (SVCF) in supporting these dynamic and inspirational female cyclists as they go for the gold.
Our gala evening and auction will also benefit a very special charity, Bicycles for Humanity (B4H). B4H gives bikes to people in developing countries, providing life-changing benefits like access to education and healthcare. Proceeds from the final part of the live auction will go to this global grassroots movement supported by Paul Sherwen.
